Responsible for:- Researching prospects and generating leads.- Keeping in contact with potential and existing customers to determine their needs and offer solutions.- Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.- Maintaining an updated CRM database.- Preparing quotes and proposals and following up with negotiation;- Negotiating contracts and work packages.- Establishing new business.- Mantaining a good and cooperative relationship with costumers;- Providing assistance to the costumers after sales;- Working towards monthly targets.
