Like everybody, everything starts when I decided that I should be born. Borning is kinda easy - the difficult part begins when we grow up. And that's when our story actually begins. My road started at my parents company in 2008. I was a recepcionist and at that time I had just ended highschool and I was really young, I guess I was just turned 18. After 5 years working with them, I decided to move to Curitiba to go to University and have my second college degree. While I was there, I have worked on a few internships, graduated and move back to São Paulo - and then, I started working at Nubank. At Nubank, I realized what I really like to do: to help people. And I don't say it as a cliche, I say it because it's the truth - I really enjoy it. Makes me happy to know that somehow I made a difference on someone's day or life. Also, at this work experience I've learnt a lot about fintechs what is something I know a lot. I was there for 2 and a half years and my trajectory was exponencial: I've got two promotions on my first year and won a lot awards. I was working in Collections, so my recovery was very high (almost the highest one of the hole team) and at my last promotion, I was already training the team so them could keep up with they're recovery and negotiation skills.In 2019 I had the opportunity to work at Neon being a CX Supervisor. It was a huge challenge, because for a while I had to manage a team of 60 people. And then, at Neon, I discovered something new about myself: I love developing and promoting people. To see them growing and improving makes me very fullfiled. Also, I've learnt a lot about KPIs, leadership and decided how should be the place that I want to work: a safe place where you're heard, can be and express yourself and being taking under consideration. So, COVID came and we had a lot of layoffs here in Brazil, so I left Neon and started at Fliper - that later became Infomoney. At Fliper I had my first real and big challenge: to start a hole area from scratch. I was the responsible to hiring a team, set plataforms, set a voice for the brand, create processes, decide KPIs and also managing a team.So, I guess that's it.
