CurrentI receive and analyze candidates' resumes to identify those best suited for available positions, scheduling interviews as needed. I conduct initial interviews (in-person or virtual) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit within the company.I create and publish job opportunities on employment sites, social media, and internal platforms to attract candidates. I also provide feedback to candidates on their status in the selection process, whether accepted or not, ensuring a respectful application experience. Additionally, I support the organization of employee training and development.I create and promote internal marketing initiatives for employees. I handle the purchase of products and services, input the respective invoices into the internal system, and update control spreadsheets.
