I have been assigned the task, along with the Marketing & Communications Department, to establish the Company's Corporate Communications and CSR, rendering ELPEDISON the Provider of Choice in terms of image attributes and social responsibility initiatives- Headed Market Analysis, Pricing and Portfolio Management including Budgeting and P&L - Guided the formulation of customized pricing offers for Large Accounts and Medium Voltage customers and the development of all new products, promo offers and services/applications for all market segments, ensuring a highly integrated proposition to the end-consumer- Drove the loyalty and retention campaigns, ensuring optimum product serving to the customers - Conceptualized and managed the implementation of all types of Communications, at both Retail and Corporate level and achieving the best metrics in the energy market- Deployed a meaningful CSR strategy, contributing to the sustainable development of the Organization, its customers and the broader society, adding value to the different Stakeholders' groups
