Senior Sales Solutions Engineer
CurrentTechnical Presales and Solutions Architecture.- Provide expert guidance and in-depth knowledge of Revenova's suite of technology offerings. - Partner with Revenova's Enterprise Sales Executives to customize strategic demonstrations based on client need and show clients the true value of Revenova's suite of solutions. - Analyze the technical requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and project scopes.- Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients and seamlessly bridge the gap between client needs and Revenova's technical capabilities. - Maintain the RevenovaTMS Sales Demo Salesforce production environment. Keep it current, operational, and reflective of the latest product features, all Revenova modules, and client needs.- Craft and update essential technical sales materials, including solution guides, FAQs, product sheets, and use case scenarios for sales support.- Advocating for clients’ needs to Product Management and Engineering teams.- Contribute to the development of product documentation, customer feedback, technical guides, and training materials and blogs to support customer onboarding.
