While pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology (i.e. the science of well-being and flourishing) and Certificate in Introduction to Art Therapy at The School of Positive Psychology, and Paws b Mindfulness Teacher Course at the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP UK), co-founded a well-being initiative that infused positive psychology and mindfulness into art journaling, leveraging art for self-care and introspection.Skills-based volunteering: Assisted the Head of Corporate Partnerships at The Red Pencil, to develop a fundraising workplan and draft grant proposals. The Red Pencil is an IPC charity that aims to bring the benefits of arts therapy to individuals, as a pathway to emotional balance and well-being.
