I love working with people looking to create meaningful change… mindset, behavioural or performance. This may come through coaching… increasing self-awareness, confidence, self-belief and clarity or through group facilitation… providing input in order to stimulate discussion, promote reflection, broaden perspective and aid new thinking.More and more of my work now centres around a ‘whole person’ approach… helping individuals better understand when they are at their best and what can (at times) hold them back. Supporting people in developing their self-leadership, emotional intelligence and adaptability in order to thrive in today’s world. As an advocate of mindfulness, I blend aspects of its underpinning philosophy into my work and would love to see organisations embrace mindfulness in a more proactive way, linking it closer with leadership development and wellbeing.My career in Organisational Development has enabled me to gain experience working with both UK and International organisations across the private and third sectors.
