Worked as an Operations Geologist as a member of geological operations team (Well planning and follow up), located in the head office performing thefollowing tasks:-Daily monitoring geological operations for both exploration and development wells.- Daily following up drilling and well services operations.- Supervision & QC on mud logs, delineate zones of high value of mud gases and their components and correlate them with offsets.- Interpretation of hydrocarbon shows using mud gas analysis.- Wells correlations to delineate formation tops, potential drilling hazards and possible hydrocarbon accumulations.- Preparing and creating cross sections, fault seal analysis, well prognosis, well proposal, well resumes and other geological well reports.Worked as a Wellsite Geologist on both exploration and development wells in Western Desert (Including Shell exploratory wells) performing the following tasks:-Lithological description:description of ditch samples, cores, side wall samples and possible hydrocarbon shows. -Determination of formation tops, casing points, core points and well T.D. -Supervision on mud logging unit, Coring, wireline logging and LWD jobs. - Reporting the operations to head office and operations geology team.-Cooperate with wellsite drilling engineers, petrophysicists and production geologists on rig by providing geological knowledge and recommendations.

Worked as an Exploration Geologist, member of Exploration Technical Team of EGPC performing the following tasks:- Discuss and follow up exploration / development wells data and reports in meetings with different companies.- Discuss, follow up and evaluate the implementation of agreements and contracts for many of exploration / development wells, areas and concessions between EGPC and other foreign or JV petroleum companies.- Participated in many projects to evaluate the potentiality of hydrocarbon in many areas.
