Customer Renewal Manager
Current-Manages medium and large accounts to ensure that renewals flow smoothly through the process and renewal decisions are reached by targeted dates.-Establish professional relationships with key personnel in existing accounts.-Ensure on time closure of maintenance agreements.-Serve as the maintenance SME assisting both internal and external customers with account and contract research and analysis.-Assess, validate and clarify client / customer’s needs on an ongoing basis.-Assist in consolidation/invoice request process.-Attend customer calls / meetings as requested.-Assist collections in resolution of customer invoicing questions and disputes.
