- Drive and lead sales operations process, sales forecast calls and improve sales effectiveness with emphasis on data-driven decision making, sales reporting, and facilitating sales workflows, thereby improving sales velocity.- Be the Trusted Advisor to APAC Sales Leadership, support deals pipeline management, sales quota planning, quarterly business reviews, GTM strategy and data analysis for new market penetration.- Lead process improvement with respect to performance reviews and compensation.- Lead commercial and quote management for SMB, Enterprise and Channel deals in collaboration with key functional stakeholders like Finance, Legal, Sales Engineering, etc- Drive complex deal engagement structure and govern non-standard terms reviews and approvals during pre-sales stage- Deal reporting and win/loss analysis for post mortem reviews
