AGEPHA Pharma is a leading multinational pharmaceutical company with an extensive range of products. Currently, the company sells over 67 products across 47 countries globally. At the Dubai office, I work as a Marketing Specialist, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:- Marketing for Prescription (Rx) and Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products in Europe- Building strategic relationship with key opinion leaders to endorse both OTC and prescription product lines.- Engaging with relevant European Organizations , such as Clinical Commission Groups and NHS Trusts in the UK, as well as Ophthalmology Societies.- Creating effective communication channels, such as webinars and conferences, to strengthen the value proposition of our products.- Identifying, prioritizing, and categorizing relevant KOLs across diverse geographic regions based on their contributions to journal publications, participation in congresses.- Developing and preparing medical and scientific marketing materials to convey the unique features and benefits of our products, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.- Preparing the action plan for the upcoming year by conducting thorough research on competitors in the market. Analyze their pricing strategies and ongoing activities. Identify potential congresses and conferences that offer opportunities for participation. Additionally, create a forecast for our products and outline strategies for sustainable growth based on the gathered insights.- Support E.commerce OTC products - Support social media

- Working closely and collaborating with the Expo organization and sponsors. - Working with the operation managers to manage and oversee day to day operations,spot and report issues.- Collaborate closely with protocol team and events operations to effectively manage VIP tours,visits and high profile events. - Providing support to other sectors if required and responding to any sudden challenges and emergencies.- Evaluate,priorities and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.- Collaborate directly with visitors on complex issues requiring direct communication to resolve.

- Analyzing prescriptions that come to the pharmacy and how to deal with them.- Dispensing prescription drugs under the supervision of the pharmacist.- Provided advices on health issues,symptoms and medications and learned to make decisions based on professional knowledge and judgment under the supervision of faculty and selected preceptors.- Supported pharmacists with day to day activities and pharmacy office management functions
