ADR Chambers FSCO:I conducted mediations and settlement conferences for more than 2000 cases over a five-year period as a part of the ADR Chambers FSCO project. During this time, I earned a positive reputation as an approachable, conscientious and effective mediator, with a superior track record of facilitating successful resolutions.MCSCS:I also regularly conducted facilitations to resolve highly contentious and multifaceted complaints against private security and investigative services license holders on behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services (MCSCS). In this role, I made use of my analytical and decision-making skills to formulate recommendations to the Ministry as to any further corrective action I may have deemed necessary.Private Mediation:In addition to the above, I provided mediation services for other litigated and interpersonal disputes.In January 2018, I formally joined the ADR Chambers Panel as a Mediator.
