The California State Alumni Council (CSTAC) is an elected body of graduates that represent the graduate body of YouthBuild programs in California. The CSTAC is part of the governance structure of the California YouthBuild Coalition; CSTAC has the authority and responsibility to carry out the purpose of the Graduate Leaders Network. The President shall act as the official spokesperson for the Alumni Association and shall carry out the duties and responsibilities of the office of President; shall chair all meetings of the Council; shall set the agenda for all meetings of the Association and Council in cooperation with YouthBuild USA; and shall serve on the Policy Council of the YouthBuild USA Affiliated Network.The President of the Association shall work closely with YouthBuild USA, the Graduate Leadership Department of YouthBuild USA, and the Presidents of the other councils of the AffNet to maintain an effective and cohesive Network. The President shall make annual reports, and additional reports as needed, to both the Policy Council of the AffNet and YouthBuild USA.
