Responsible for managing a $10,000,000 west coast construction project and facilitating AIG’s new United States workplace standards. Also responsible for VALIC’s 62 nationwide locations, 33% of leases expired in 2017. Manage all third-party tenants’ projects in AIG’s 2,200,000 square foot Houston Campus.

Houston Center And The Shops At Houston Center

Single Point of Contact for all tenant improvement and capital projects for CBRE’s largest single asset in Houston totaling 4,300,000 square feet of Class A buildings and retail. Solely accountable for delivering and administering all facets of multiple projects from planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Worked directly with Property Managers and Leasing to ensure objectives were met. Completed 32 projects totaling $17,000,000 and achieved over $400,000 in cost savings and cost avoidance in 2015.

Worked directly with Facility Management team and tenants to deliver customized, secure technology-based solutions for BP America headquarters. Two projects were pilot programs for BP locations nationwide. Focused on improved efficiency and increased satisfaction. Ensured project documentation governance alignment with client requirements.
