Administrative Assistant for the Golf Course Maintenance Department at Indian Wells Country Club, responsible for supporting a team of 36 employees.- Provide essential support to the Golf Course Maintenance Director and superintendent by answering calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining the checkbook, updating Turf Assistant, invoicing, and timecards.- Serve as a liaison and bilingual resource to the club by onboarding new employees and training the department team on updated corporate policies such as the Code of Conduct and violence prevention plan.- Update communication materials such as flyers and QR codes in common spaces to ensure that the maintenance team adheres to safety regulations, protocols, and are aware of employee rights and resources.

Guest Relations: Served as the primary point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm welcome, directing them as needed, and informing them about upcoming events and amenities.Communications: Utilized Canva to create effective marketing materials for Pow Wow, Special Events, and the Fitness Center. Capture magic moments through photography for Flickr. Updated internal website and corporate application (Members First).Member Services: Served as a liaison between members and the club's online platform, ensuring smooth operations, making reservations, registering members for events, and updating communication materials.Event Coordination: Assisted the Member Experience department with various tasks, including editing flyers, proofreading email blasts, setting up events, sending out notifications, End of the Year Part, and managing event listings on club platforms.Administrative Support: Handled general club operations, including answering phone calls, transferring calls, and sending emails.

- Implement strategies, campaigns and events that communicate information about ASI to the student body and campus community through different channels- Ensure the student voice is heard by attending and engaging in our bi-weekly Board of Directors meeting and commissions.

As a Women and Gender Initiatives Peer Facilitator, I help provide and initiate discussions focusing on issues of sex, gender, and culture.During the Fall of 2020 a new segment under WGI was introduced, Taboo Talks. As one of the host my job is to promote and market our upcoming discussions to students by providing 3-5 minute Instagram videos on specific topics.
