Hello! I’m Mayra Bravo, a recent cum laude graduate from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), where I majored in Public Relations and minored in Communication Studies. I am passionate about social media, pop culture, and all things beauty. When I’m not scrolling through TikTok or adding items to my Sephora cart, you can find me exploring LA/OC, but more likely, at Disneyland.At CSULB, I had the pleasure of serving as the Social Media Manager for both the Journalism and Public Relations Department and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) chapter. Simultaneously, I served as the Director of Alumni Relations for the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) chapter. Another highlight of my academic journey was studying abroad in Italy in Summer 2023, where I focused on nonverbal communication—a unique experience that broadened my global perspective.I completed my undergraduate degree after a long hiatus, during which I gained valuable experience in retail, customer service, office administration, and as a brand ambassador. I’m excited to leverage my diverse skill set and experiences in the professional world.
