Acted as Assistant Project Manager, executing on-site quality control for work in progress and inspection of work completed. I was responsible for technical submittals, material tracking, and various administrative and reporting tasks.I oversaw daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Lastly, I participate in site walk-throughs for pre-bidding projects to successfully prepare take-off estimates.

My duties during my time interning for HaskellDavis JV changed and increased as I gained experience. I began by taking field measurements and created piping design isometrics in AutoCAD. I also designed various metal items and prepared as-built drawings on AutoCAD as needed by different superintendents. I utilized the Aconex management system for document control and conducted weekly audits of drawing books, distributing revised versions to superintendents. Towards the end of my internship, I assisted the head of Quality Control by assembling P&IDs packages to sort out piping systems for hydrostatic testing. Once tests were complete, I verified that the information found in our Weld Books was an accurate representation of the work that had been done in the field.
