It has been my honor and privilege to work in the SAF for more than two decades, and to have the privilege leveraging on various appointments to gain knowledges and skills in leadership, management, communication, data analytics, training development and operation planning. I also have opportunities to work with CAAS, MHA(ICA/APD), MINDEF/SAF HQ departments.I am a certified ACTA, and NLP Master Practitioner/Coach that I can value add to people's development and talent retention areas. Being a certified SAF Para-counsellor, I am also able to value add in area of mental health and wellbeing aspects.
