A research assistantship position through the University of Minnesota: Analyzed andorganized inputs collected from various survey methods implemented at communityengagement events and helped create visual report for the public to access.

Co-designed community engaging public art projects, developed budget, liased with city officials and nonprofits, led production prepwork, organized community workshops, scheduled and led meetings, wrote grants, created and oversaw contracts, acted as point contact for RFPs, organized mural advisory panel, managed site planning and logistics committee for MuralFest, coordinated core volunteers and vendors, designed marketing materials and produced contents for social media.

Provided operational, administrative, clerical, outreach, and design support for the organization. Developed budget plans, acted as point contact for information and referrals, coordinated mailing distributions, designed marketing and program materials, planned and assisted with the event production, coordinated contracts, maintained database, produced financial reports, and liased with sponsor funds office to handle queries and requests from the project director.

Promoted the competition to art and design schools across the US, planned contestlogistics with the festival organizers, created language for contest guidelines,recruited local animators for potential projection mapping opportunities, oversaw thesubmissions for the competition, provided technical guidance for participants, andcoordinated with the marketing team.

Held office hours twice a week to teach students the materials they did not understand in class, generate questions for quizzes, help the professor proctor the exams, grade exams and evaluate students performance.

Provided focused academic support through homework help as well as through education-based programs; Assisted site director develop and lead programs and activities that focus on one or more of the following areas: arts, health & life skills; completed daily paperwork for students’ attendance, health, and behavior.
