• Installation and commissioning of Induction Heating & Hardening Furnaces which Based on Solid State Component (Thyristor, Diode, IGBT). • Working on different type of topology of Induction Machines like medium Frequency, IG-PCK, Ignite, Pan Bottom (Brazing), Scanner etc. • Handling commissioning and breakdown of 20KW-3.7MW (500Hz-400KHz) Induction Heating and Hardening Equipment’s. • Handling all types of maintenance and Breakdowns of induction Furnaces, it means after installation servicing for all the products. • Handling Documentation related of Service, Spare, AMC, Feedback form, Performance Latter with SALESFORCE Software. • Handling maintenance of Mechanism system like Pneumatic and Hydraulic. • 100% target achieved in Spare and AMC-Service every year for organization. • Handling basic Automation Work for Mechanism System like Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Scanner system. • Work on product performance improvement for low energy consumption and more production in less time. • Handling the spares and Sales getting extra Revenue for the Business. • Providing Training Programs to customer for solving the breakdown as soon as possible. • Consulting to customer about Equipment’s for their industry application. • Handling Government Project of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) for application of uranium melting purpose and also at Ordinance factory, Ambarnath for application of Bullet cover hardening purpose.

• Maintain Departmental KPI Targets & Objective. Which are EHS OBJECTIVES (MTTR, MTBF, BM, POWER CONSUMPTION, DIESEL, OIL, SPARE CONSUMPTION, Etc. • Prime responsibility of upkeep powder Compaction press Machines like Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance. • Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance. • Troubleshooting and Breakdown & Predictive BM Maintenance. • Utility Maintenance: - • Responsible for maintaining the utility fit (DG SET 500 KVA, TRANSFORMER 1600KVA, COMPRESSOR Atlas Copco, LT/HT Panel, APFC PANEL, COOLING TOWER, CHILLER, FIRE PUMP, UPS, ETP, STP, DM). • Handling different electrical switchgear (VCB, ACB, 4 POLE STRUCTURE, TRANSFORMER). • PM Activities & Documentation:- • Plan the activities and reediness of Preventive & Predictive maintenance (weekly, monthly, Quarterly, HY, Yearly, Overhauling). • Updating history card, Breakdown maintenance. • Support to respective external outsource party for completion of AMC of utility. • Calibration of equipment’s under calibration, Lifting and material handling equipment, Vibration Analysis, Thermal Analysis & Oil Testing. • Monitor YTD MTTR, YTD MTBF, YTD BM. Corrective action for maintaining the same. • Monthly M/c B/D & Analysis Report, Monthly B/D occurrences zone wise and monitoring. • Finding out problem and analysis with root cause with help of problem solve technique like WHY-WHY ANALYSIS (CAPA). • Daily updating, monitoring & its costing monthly- KWH consumption, diesel consumption, Electrical energy cost/month. Consumable material, critical spare consumption etc. • Spare Management through SAP (General and Service PR of Consumable & Critical Material). • To complete Kaizen and Improvements carry out root cause for reduction of breakdown times and improve of machine performance.
