To establish initial as well as continuous provisioning of spares.Achieve cost savings in terms of quality, cost and time.Preparing MIS on Vendor performance, Cost analysis & Monthly Budget etc.Sourcing spares for special task grounded aircraft, e.g. Landing gear change, Livery Painting, MOD & SB compliance, Repeat inspection.Re provisioning & Initial Provisioning of spares for new induction aircrafts 777,A330, ATR72 & B737-700/800/900Attending pre-hangar & weekly meeting concern to checks & Inter action among various Departments (Maintenance, QC, planning & Tech services) as a Purchse representativeACHIEVEMENT:Prepared Budget of entire purchase for Jet Airways and Jetlite airlines. Project In charge for ATR D Check Approval Process as Purchase Representative.Purchase representative for abroad Aircraft Maintenance Activities.Resolve Chemical and Local spares development issues within span of six Months.

1)Identifying Supplier, Product Costing, Quotation Study, Vendor Selection, Cost Negotiation & Finalization, Releasing Contract, follow-up for Development activities. 2)Responsible for procurement & development of Plastic & Rubber Moulded parts, and below mentioned commodities.3)Achieving Cost Reduction targets.4)Maintaining the Supplier relationship, Ensuring Smooth Supplies.5)Co-ordination with various departments like R&D, Stores, Logistics, Exports, Excise departments & Finance department.Commodities Handled•Plastic & Rubber Moulded Parts: Dashboard, Door pads, A.B & C pillars, •Headlamp & Tail lamp•Console & Gear Lever Boot•Covers For relay and connectors in Engine Compartment•Shock absorber rubber belows•Floor & Dicky Compartment Carpets•Steering Wheel, Horn pad, and Steering upper and lower covers•Bumpers, Door handle and Side View Mirror Casing & Logos.B) Purchase – Supplier Quality Assurance1)Supplier’s evaluation selection and suppliers rating by Process Audits.2)To launch improvement plans to improve the process and system of the supplier.3)Part of vendor development team for RST Palio for India and South Africa.4)Production Part Approval Process ( PPAP ) of new developed parts.5)To contribute for new product development through management of proper sample approval and monitoring of supplier qualification tests.6)To identify the critical suppliers ( Supplier lacking in development / Quality / Service…) and organize for them technical support for them from European suppliers or from FIAT technology department.7)Function as a technical liaison between Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Suppliers to resolve quality problem.8)Part of the Diagnosis team to resolve the warranty claims.

Responsibility:1)Carried out Reliability test for calculating MTBF of Tractor system.2)Conduct performance trials by using various implements (e.g. Rotator, Disc plough,MB plough, Harrow, Hydraulic reversible plough )3)Carried out comparison trial of various Tractor( John deer, Kubota, Massey Ferguson,Ford New Holland, Hindustan Tractor) with MahindraTractor.4)Conduct Haulage test with compare to other tractor5)Periodic & Breakdown maintenance of tractor.6)Monitoring field operations using various implements.Special Assignments:1)Conducting training programs for customer regarding tractor information.2)Part of team with Marketing to solve problems of customer.3)Conducting tractor physical trials with specific testing in front of customer.
