Offer support to address any delays and expedite processes as needed.Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the single focal point of contact between the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.Order Acknowledgment (OA): Share Order Acknowledgments with customers, ensuring that the delivery dates are realistic and align with their planned schedules.SAP Transactions: Enter quotations and sales orders into SAP and manage any necessary modifications to these records.Approval Process: Provide the necessary approvals to the procurement and operations teams once customer approval is received.Document Review: Thoroughly review all documents before sharing them with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.Third-Party Inspections: Arrange third-party inspection calls, appoint inspectors at the fabricator’s site.Overall monitor the project deeply from PO received to dispatch and aftermarket service.
