My role encompassed deal evaluation and underwriting, where I developed Excel-based models to assess distressed and foreclosed investments. These investments spanned various geographic locations and encompassed diverse asset classes, allowing me to thoroughly analyze their potential viability.

• Prepared Lender’s Independent Engineering service (costing & project progress monitoring) for providing technical due-diligence support to financial institutes• Accomplished entire pre-construction phase of prestigious projects such as residential skyscraper Trump Tower, Kolkata (0.2 million SFT, USD 30 million) & ESR Logistic Park, Kolkata (1.8 million SFT, USD 5 million) • Performed business development and project planning activities for the entire East and South region and secured new revenue streams worth USD 1.2 million• Handled the whole gamut of business development & account development operations of corporate interior fit-out clientele (project size of 5000 SFT to 0.15 million SFT & project cost of USD 13,000 to USD 5.0 million)• Established processes for techno-commercial proposal comprised of the project timeline and resource deployment and negotiation with clients for faster closure of deals• Prepared and negotiated contracts, worked on building plans, tracked key variances in the project plan, and developed corrective action plans for timely project delivery
