Report to the managing Director and responsible for leading the teams in the sales and marketing, customer services, buying and merchandising. Oversee the end to end online trading through to management and execution of driving ongoing growth in a multi-channel retail environment.

Responsible for developing strategies to expand the customer base and maximise income for the company as well as the management of departmental sales teams and budget controls and administration.Knowledge of marketing principles and display leadership skills in motivating and supervising teams.

Ownership for delivering the highest standards of service in store - taking responsibility for the central sales floor, garden centre areas and the replenishment team. Promote fantastic levels of customer service, driving efficient store replenishment procedures, and continuously developing the team through coaching and mentoring. Create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers through the engagement of the team.

• Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits.• Using information technology to record sales figures and for data analysis and forward planning.• Dealing with staffing issues: recruiting potential staff; conducting appraisals and performance reviews; and providing or organising training and development.• Managing and motivating my team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.

Responsible for securing, managing and developing existing key accounts and maximising profit and growth, through the formulation and development of new plans, initiatives, long-term client relationships and key business strategies. Analysing management data and identifying trends and opportunities and conducting regular business and account reviews. Create a world class customer experience by delivering this through a high performing, motivated and engaged retail team who are really clear on what great in-store performance looks like.

• Primarily dealing with white and household good, devising and executing a strategic plan for the store with regards to performance.• Generating profit by maximising personal sales, achieving and exceeding individual sales performance and referral targets through excellent customer service • Maintained personal and team's sales turnover by exceeding given targets with the help of weekly group meetings to discuss views and make points
