Coordinate calibration of process instrumentation, Operate the process aspect of lines, work with minimum supervision, knowledge of computer control system, Equipment sanitation- CIP, SOP & environmental, Reading temperature gauges, Recording and testing data of ingredients and results for batches of food, Pasteurizer set up, must be able to work flexible hours, other duties as required.

Follow GMPs and SOPs, and Maintain the proper temperature of solution and coating during the Production. keeping the work environment safe and clean, Having good mathematical skills, Performing all assigned work promptly, setting up the equipment before production, and Working with the QA and R&D for product Quality.

- Keeps current with all SOPs dealing with their job assignments- Performs calibration of lab instruments- Cleaning of laboratory glassware-Work in a team-based environment to perform routine QC assays and troubleshooting tests on raw materials, in-process and final products-Basic knowledge to work with PC-Responsible for preparing and standardizing any reagent or standard materials required for analysis

Develop technical scopes of work and associated chemical testing procedures for evaluation and selection of new/replacement chemicals.Develop and optimize chemical treatment programs and methods to meet asset integrity and production goals, which minimizing upsets and downtime.Develop and optimize chemical monitoring programs to monitor/surveil both chemical treatment and chemical performance for both integrity and flow assurance.Serve as Company production chemistry SME, engaging with chemical suppliers to review proposals and provide revised/new recommendations as needed. Lead and coordinate interfaces between asset engineering operations teams, chemical vendors and project teams to converge on optimized chemical program solutions. Develop and optimize tools, templates, procedures, etc. underpinning this work area. Support implementation of digitalization and implement methods to better visualize program effectiveness and cost management.

Conduct physical laboratory tests on given solid and liquid samples to provide data for process control, product blending & certification and for the optimization of refinery process units.Carry out verification/witness testing under referee conditions on the samples where results are subject of quality or any other customer dispute.Check all equipment prior to use to ensure it is fit for purpose. Maintain all laboratory equipment in a clean state before and after use and ready for the next analysis. Report all equipment faults promptly to Shift Supervisor to support continuous equipment availability.Use appropriate instruments to assess the physical properties of refinery process and finished products to achieve accuracy in testing.Maintain the required Laboratory test data books and other records to ensure compliance with the Laboratory’s Quality System requirements.Enter data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) on received samples and test results to ensure timely availability of data to Laboratory customers.
