Data Center Team Lead:o Follow up with the team to ensure all KPIs has been implemented within the required SLAs. o Participating in issuing of requests for proposal by assisting in finding needed changes and writing technical scopes of work. o Implement process improvements and drive automation efforts. o Handling the Data Centre future expansion plans including Electrical, Cooling, and infrastructure systems. o Review the electrical/network design of appliances before mounting inside data centre ensuring the design compatibility. o Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to data centre team engineers.

Data Center Engineer:o Complete all the assigned on shift duties within the SLA. o Maintaining stable and safe work environment ensuring that all safety programs and procedures are complied. o Detecting and troubleshooting daily IT infrastructure incidents in a timely manner within the SLA using Data Centres Infrastructure Management (DCIM) softwares.

• Head of the Communication Engineering Division with the following responsibilities: o Formulation, justification, development, and revision of courses and curricula.o Development and assessment of student learning outcomes and other institutional effectiveness measures.o Evaluation of instruction and of programs within the division.• Teaching courses such as Digital Signal Processing, Wireless Communication and Mobile Communications, Principles of Communication Engineering, and Power Electronics.• Supervisor and Co-supervisor for several graduation theses.

• Teaching courses such as Microelectronics and Telecommunication Networks.

• Teaching tutorials such as Digital Electronics II, Digital Logic Design II, and Broadband Communication Networks

• Teaching assistant for several courses such as Analog and Digital Communication, Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Satellite Communication, Electrical Engineering Principles.• Instructor for a special course under the title “Android Principles” for the students of the final year (Computer Engineering Department).
