I am a digital marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in leading and delivering integrated media and digital transformation strategies across various industries, such as e-commerce, banking, nutrition, Telecom, Airline, luxury, automotive and health & lifestyle in over 50 countries. I have a strong track record of driving media excellence and innovation, leveraging programmatic media, CDP/DMP implementation, 1st party data strategy, digital branding, and media consultancy to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.Currently, I am the head of performance product and operations at Publicis Groupe Middle East. Previously I was based in Vietnam and taking the role of Advisor/Director of Integrated Marketing, Measurement and Digital Transformation at Techcombank, one of the leading banks in Vietnam. I report to the CMO and act as an advisor for the whole Central Marketing and broader team, covering brand, CX, research, branding, and digital. I also head the Integrated Media Management for the bank, managing the selection and overall relationship with agencies, building the bank-wide measurement plan, media playbook, way of working, processes, guidelines, and governance, and leading partner relationships with Google and Facebook. I am also an INSEAD Executive Education alumni, having completed several programs in digital transformation and innovation, strategy, and design thinking. Also finished hundreds of industry certifications. I am passionate about learning, teaching, and sharing my knowledge and expertise with others, as evidenced by my roles as a lecturer, advisor, and board member for various institutions and events.I was nominated as one of the top 10 most engaged marketer in UAE for 2015 by Linkedin.
