-implement, manage the budgeting process including Budget and budget updates presentation to the top management -cost planning for the plant including (Material and conversion cost) -owner of the monthly closing cost analysis actual versus planned budget. -manage productivity projects analysis and monitoring of its results. -provide financial studies for new products to the business unit -control capital spending and manage capital projects feasibility studies. -reporting of financial performance of the plant.

Business development department is responsible for management of any new investment projects inside the plant including new production lines or equipment. My role can be summarized as follows: -estimating& planning budget, manpower, equipment and time needed for producing of any new change in products, including adding new products. -supervise, report and follow-up on every stage of the new project time line. -manage the communication between the plant and any other business units inside and outside Egypt regarding producing of any new product by the plant to these destinations. -estimate the initial product cost, expected losses, available capacity. -support Business unit management by clearing each product situation to get the most accurate decision about launching it or not.

: -Manage and execute capital investment projects up to two Million US$. -control capital spending on capex projects -manage and execute projects including purchasing of new production line including but not limited to the following: -purchasing and install of filled cakes rolling equipment -purchasing and install chocolate production and decoration line -managing dismantling transfer and reinstalling of a cakes production line including 24 m oven, mixers, packaging line of five warping machines -Manage and execute projects related to plant infra structure including but not limited to the following: -design, purchase and install of racking system for 2, 000 sqm finished goods warehouse. -purchase and install of HVAC system for chocolate coated product packaging areas. -refurbishing and re-layout of a production hall of 2, 500 sqm. -refurbishing of Research and development labs and seating areas including equipment and furniture.
