Working as a Lead of Integration services responsible to Design, development , maintenance and delivery of integration flows on IBM Integration Bus formerly known as WebSphere Message Broker.

Responsible for research, evaluation, design, engineering and implementation of IIB integration platforms. Provides subject matter expertise across multiple integration technologies such as IBM Integration Bus (IIB), WebSphere Message Queue (WMQ). Offer innovative solutions to enhance platform stability, usability and cost effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of middleware integration platform development efforts, and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and flexibility as inputs into the evolution of the integration technology roadmap 2. Promote and utilize automation to design and support configuration management, orchestration, and maintenance of the integration platforms.3. Plan, evaluate, recommend and provide well documented instructions and scripts to operations engineers for the implementation and support of platform currency (version upgrades) Provide technical support to application developers and operations support staff, including the promotion and use of best practices, ensuring standardization across applications and trouble shooting 4. Design and implement complex integration solutions globally through collaboration with engineers, architects, and application teams

Systems integration design, build, synthesize and implement technological applications that are customized to meet an organization’s needs. Together with professionals in the IT department, systems integrator test and authenticate software to determine suitability before integration into the company’s main system. Also draft technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs and other documents related to systems integration, and develop work plans for team members.

- To implement application development requirements, with a constant focus on co-ordinating business efficiencies through the activities of applications development. - To define, plan and manage releases of application updates.- To support improvement initiatives involving business applications. - To support other application team members and off-the-clock resources as appropriate to the implementation of application related activities.- To carry out other tasks as agreed with the Applications Manager- Communicate and enforce best practice coding standards- Consistently deliver high-quality services to clients on schedule

- Design and develop physical i.e. database architecture in Oracle 10g/11g- Lead outsource project i.e. vendor coordination and make the product available from start to end.- Design and developed backend structure in oracle Databases or optimize the running processes while coordinating with DBAs.- Develop front end interfaces on different releases while using Oracle Forms / Reports, VB.net and Asp.net Forms and Silver light while using MVVM and MVC pattern.- Design, Develop and deployed the Web service for vendor while using .net platform or consume web service while using ASP.net forms or directly from using Oracle APIs.
