Process manager - that's my middle name. I started my adventure at Nessie as a researcher, I worked for a long time on LinkedIn, acquiring new leads for our clients. For 3 months I was a Service Delivery Manager, taking care of two teams - researchers and linkediners. I was also an Account Manager, taking care of clients from the strategic side. By going through all career levels in Nessie, I gained the necessary experience to work in team management and organizational skills. In my current position, I deal with training and implementations for our clients who want to learn about our know-how in order to be able to build a predictable sales funnel on their own. My duties also include the creation and implementation of processes to improve the work of the team and the introduction of new employees.
