• Directed all aspects of administrative and operational support for all the Logistics Division efforts.• Directed the buildup, sustainment and close out of SENTEL’s role, as a subcontractor to Honeywell Technical Services, on the Integrated Logistics Service Support (ILSS) contract. Directed the recruitment of qualified personnel to support the overseas efforts of the 402ed Army Field Support Brigade. • Initiated and maintained the implementation, buildup and sustainment of all operational and administrative efforts in the support of the 407th Army Field Support Brigade. Implemented of the processes that staffed this effort with over 342 FTEs and 72 on call surge temporary employees. Coordinated the staffing and on boarding for all sub-contractors.• The Integrated Logistics Support Service (ILSS) contract effort for 407th has been valued at $45.5 million. This effort began in August of 2011 and will continue through April 2015.• Coordinated the close out of 3 of the 4 major installations associated with this effort. Close out included providing direction and coordination to the Program Manager for the retention turn over and destruction of files and proprietary company records. • Have written several proposals with the concentration on Quality, Safety, Personnel Recruitment and Sustainment required for these efforts. • Implemented the buildup and sustainment of SENTEL’s successful efforts in the support of the 401st Army Field Support Brigade. This effort doubled the size of SENTEL. Developed and implemented the processes that staffed this effort with over 260 SENTEL FTEs. Coordinated the staffing and on boarding of all sub-contractors.• Directed all aspects of administrative and operational support for all the Supply Support of the PAARNG effort. This effort is for the property accountability of Guard Units throughout the State, including the coordination of travel for inspection and assistance from 6 locations to various Guard units.

• Responsible for all aspects of Program and Project Management of 19 contracts with a combined annual value of 25.6 million dollars.• Responsible for providing corporate direction and overview in support of logistics and IT efforts supporting the US Army in locations throughout the continental United States (CONUS). The Global Property Management Support Services ( GPMSS) effort consisted of 3 initiatives – Standard Army Maintenance System – Enhanced (SAMS-E), PDAT (Pre- Deployment Assistance Team), and Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced ( PBUSE). • Responsible for 89% of the company’s active personnel assets.• Directly responsible to the VP of Operations and CEO for sustained profitability, utilization and customer satisfaction of all contracts.• Directly responsible for all contract deliverables• Assigned as the Corporate Program Manager for the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Exercise contract. This effort was valued at $197,000 for 2 staff personnel at the NGB plus $250,000 per exercise. These exercises covered the requirements for services in connection with the planning. preparation and execution of tactical scenarios for local first responders. Responsible for the oversight of operational; and administrative support to contractors in order to support the Guard Units. Proposal / Capture Manager • Led technical writers through the full cycle of proposal capture, development and final production• Participated in all Bid Board decisions. • Led the TAIC Corporate project in the bid to obtain the GSA LogWorld contracting schedules.• Participated in several proposal efforts, writing technical sections covering supply chain and logistics subjects including performance-based logistics, sustainability, integrated logistics support and inventory control. • Developed and implemented a standardized workflow process required to execute government contracts awarded by the Army Sustainment Command (ASC) for the Global Property Management Support Services and the Global Maintenance and Supply Services to ensure effective recruiting and indoctrination of more than 642 people to support stateside and overseas missions.• Responsible for all administrative and logistical issues connected with the 402nd Army Field Support Command (AFSB-IZ) Iraq and the Asset Visibility and Accountability, Support Services Contract, including transportation and lodging of personnel, execution of time accounting procedures, and administrative functions related to personnel, accounting and logistical management. • Developed various management aids to ensure effective and timely reporting to government officials. This aided the program manager in achieving compliance with all contract deliverables on this 76 million dollar effort.

• Led configuration and implementation of the JD Edwards Distribution suite (Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Address Book and Advanced Warehousing) for large and mid-sized commercial clients. • Organized, prepared and conducted multiple phases of Fast Start Methodology Workshops and led discussions centered on elements of the software’s applied distribution functionality. • Analyzed the client’s distribution functions through action labs where business processes (current and proposed) and requirements for various distribution features and capabilities were analyzed and modeled.
