Close out included providing direction and coordination to the Program Manager for the retention turn over and destruction of files and proprietary company records. • Have written several proposals with the concentration on Quality, Safety, Personnel Recruitment and Sustainment required for these efforts. • Implemented the buildup and sustainment of SENTEL’s successful efforts in the support of the 401st Army Field Support Brigade. This effort doubled the size of SENTEL. Developed and implemented the processes that staffed this effort with over 260 SENTEL FTEs. Coordinated the staffing and on boarding of all sub-contractors.• Directed all aspects of administrative and operational support for all the Supply Support of the PAARNG effort. This effort is for the property accountability of Guard Units throughout the State, including the coordination of travel for inspection and assistance from 6 locations to various Guard units.
