My name is Mbali Dhlamini a driven and eager individual who has been working inthe media industry since 2009.During my time at three large media corporations, I managed to gain qualityexperience working hands on as a journalist, content producer, marketing and brandassistant as well as a desk editor leading a team of journalists and overseeing theirwritten and voiced content for broadcast purposes.I currently work as the Breakfast News Anchor and Desk Editor at Kaya Fm whichmeans that on a daily basis I am tasked with coming up with the news strategy forthe day as well as advising the afternoon team on what the important stories will beand what has been covered already.I am also a content contributor on the breakfast show and also carry theresponsibility of communicating the stations online content in a promotionalrecording which is scripted and produced daily.I have recently completed my BA in Psychology; a course which I took on in order tohave a broader understanding of how to communicate and convey variousmessages to my audience by understanding how to personalize my communicationstrategy as a broadcaster.My work and studies over the years has equipped me with skills and attributes thatmake me a great candidate for such a post and I am always willing to learn fromanyone I work with to ensure we reach our targets and goals
