Responsible for the development and revision of the quality management system, its associated SOPs, and operational tools for the execution of all training and development projects to meet the needs of approximately 0.4 million public school teachers in the Punjab Province. Jointly responsible for the execution of the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) mechanism across 36 districts of Punjab for training and development activities. Responsible to prepare M & E Reports, concept papers and business case.

Planned multiple training activities/projects independently for the capacity building of teachers and educational managers across Punjab, utilizing the organization's financial budget and collaborating with various national and international partners such as LUMS, British Council, UNICEF, American Board, and Microsoft. Played a pivotal role in the planning of adjunct awareness campaigns and online training for 0.4 million teachers, aiming not only to halt the spread of COVID-19 but also to stabilize the mental health and overall well-being of teachers. Performed a key role in the digital transformation of training activities.

Facilitated multiple batches of induction-level training for Planning Officers from the Planning and Development Department. Facilitated syndicate sessions, simulations, research activities, and co-curricular events such as conferences and exposure visits. Prepared individual reports for participants based on quality assurance (QA) criteria.

Worked as a teacher and instructed students in Mathematics, Business Studies, and Economics at the O/A Level. Coached several batches of students for the SAT.
