Country Manager
CurrentAs Country Manager, I'm responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve our revenue goals, with a particular focus on the challenging task of developing the Brazil territory. I set sales targets and performance metrics, lead and mentor the sales team, conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, and oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing. Additionally, I collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies, monitor performance and analyze sales data for improvements, manage key accounts and major deals, and represent the company at industry events. Our portfolio includes cutting-edge solutions in cybersecurity and private cloud, which enhance our ability to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
