I’ve launched four new products & developed three new lines of business during my time here collectively generating more than 80% of the company’s revenue. Prior to taking on the full time role, I worked as a consultant to streamline the development process and get product development for the Point of Sale system back on track, this product was delayed by over a year. Within three months, we were able to get the product to the point in which we could take on production users. This was done by moving from an ad-hoc development process to a structured two-week sprint schedule under my direction.
