Some specific projects:● Ongoing transition to immutable infrastructure: working towards immutable infrastructure, in particular the ability to spin up arbitrary production-like environments, including monitoring and healing infrastructure, at the click of a button● Ongoing architecture work to improve the scalability of the data refresh pipeline● Ongoing transition to automatic deployment: some deployment units are now automatically built, tested, deployed in the canary environment, and then to production without human intervention after the developer merges their code● Transition to immutable servers: led an initiative to make servers immutable. Most servers in production are now immutable, and are replaced by new servers rather than being updated● Started an "API first" initiative for server calls made by clients to be designed and tested separately, rather than being added to the server in an ad-hoc way as part of the client design● Transition from Rackspace to AWS: planned and led a staged transition of all of Klipfolio’s cloud infrastructure from Rackspace into AWS.
