Ensuring that internal and external accounts are extracting the highest quality coffee while guiding key accounts to max ROI

My role with Nomad Coffee was to manage the day to day operations of the three cafes attached to the Nomad Brand. During this time one of my main projects has been to improve sales and reduce costs. Achieving this required a combination of; cash management, scheduling, creating databases, analysing data, conflict management, stock management, implementing sales strategy, and motivating staff. This position also required a good grasp of Spanish to communicate with staff and customers.It has been my pleasure to work with a variety of people with a multitude of skills and backgrounds. As such, I have learnt that there is many different ways to motivate staff in a positive and constructive manner. There is a strong team bond amongst the all employees at the Nomad company, which has reinforced my belief in the strength of treating colleagues well to create a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment for everyone.

As 2IC at Paddock Bakery I work in support of the Manager in managing a large and diverse team, maintaining a high level of quality, implementing new systems and protocols, and managing customer expectations.

As an Events Assistant at CTM events I helped to plan and execute; Health Harmony and Soul and Food and Wine expo. My duties included selling event space, directing phone calls, finding potential clients, database creation, and market research
