Joined the company as a startup with less than 50 employees and wore many hats along the way through several acquisitions. Some of my accomplishments in chronological order:-Optimized reports and made architectural changes to accommodate the growing needs of the biggest customers-Introduced new techniques and methodologies. Mentored junior engineers and interns as enhancements rolled out across the platform-Integrated Sentricon web services into FieldRoutes enabling automatic synchronization of data as well as onboarding and migration from competing platforms-Introduced self service interface for Sentricon web service imports, freeing an engineer-Developed solutions to facilitate onboarding of clients from competitors, including the direct import and data validation of hundreds of new clients-Took over development and maintenance of existing Sencha (Cordova) mobile application for about a year. Sole mobile engineer for roughly 6 months while furthering Sentricon integration into mobile applications-Responsible for rolling out releases to Apple and Google play stores for 1 year-Established new backend architecture for mobile services and passed off to newly established react mobile team-Worked with founder on public API integrations crucial to filling the gap for companies signing from other platforms for a couple years-Took over public API from founder, added team members, established high standards for level of support that we provided to our clients for their 30% additional cost-Led API team for 5 years, integrating hundreds of clients with direct technical support services, expanded endpoints adding hundreds of models, established architecture for API allowing for rapid expansion of read and write endpoints across the platform-Directly aided in filling the gap for newly acquired contracts of dozens of key clients-Created API documentation software and embedded self documenting swagger export process for all endpoint interface definitions
