STATS Research Department contracted with many nationwide (i.e. FOX Sports, CBS, Turner Sports, Big Ten Network) and regional sports and news outlets to provide statistical and research support for broadcasted sporting events.* Supervise, train and mentor 10 direct reports.* Create and facilitate bi-annual performance goals for all direct reports.* Partnered with Human Resources and the Director of Research / Broadcast Services to create department-wide leveling and career paths for all Research Department associates.* Manage weekly scheduling and assignment of tasks (100-200) for the STATS Research Department (20+ associates) to ensure clients received on time delivery of content.* Direct stylistic and editorialized standards for the STATS Research Department.* Lead production of Research Department’s two largest annual projects: -- MLB All-Star Game: manage creation of career bios, research and statistical information for all All-Star Game participants. -- NCAA Basketball Tournament: oversee production and direction of a 500-page reference binder with exhaustive details for all 68 tournament teams, including but not limited to, NCAA Tournament history, arena history, alumni and school facts and detailed information research regarding players. Finalized print versions were provided to over 130 production staff and on-air talent. During the tournament, managed production of individualized research and statistical analysis for all 65 games.
