Responsible for the Facilities Planning needs of half of Jackson Lewis's 58 nationwide offices.Develop programing requirements for new and expanding office locations with input from key stakeholders. Tour potential locations for new offices and office moves and recommend a location to the firm management committee for approval. Work with local broker and firms attorney to negotiate associated leases. Work with and manage external vendors to design and construct the space to Jackson Lewis standards.

Managed the completion of the first phase of a $15 million renovation of over 1 million square feet of the office space at Verizon's world headquarters. Project managed several smaller renovations and decommissioning projects in the New York region.Program managed a series of Verizon Wireless renovations projects which involved monitoring projects budgets, schedules and quality.Reviewed the MEP service form contract for the Design and Construction department from a legal perspective.

Assisted in the drafting of design and development documents for the renovation of 3 floors of the VA Hospital in Manhattan. Reviewed drawings to assure compliance with VA national design standards. Assisted the interior design team with the specification of furniture and fixtures.
