Senior Information Security Specialist
Current• Serve as the technical lead for junior personnel for Arctic Wolf, SentinelOne, and other security solutions.• Participate in pre-sales engagements as a subject-matter expert for security awareness training to identify and plan for security-related solutions.• System documentation and consulting services to include system reviews and recommendations.• Research new security solutions that will help automate and improve the organization's security posture with presentation to VPTO and other leadership.• Enhance security in current systems by implementing and maintaining security controls.• Ensure all clients are up to date on phishing and security awareness training with engagements to improve and/or enhance the solution and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, as needed.• Effectively communicate technical concepts and processes to clients of both technical and non-technical backgrounds• Cybersecurity thought leadership: Creating security content under the direction of the VPTO and Marketing team to efficiently distribute information to clients.• Conduct vulnerability scans and report to clients on the threat landscape making recommendations to improve overall security posture.• Design, implementation, and support at the network level: security measures for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and other infrastructure equipment.
