My role is to assess business needs and devise SharePoint solutions that support process improvement, employee collaboration, organizational change and development at the Department of Veterans Affairs.This is accomplished by:• Developing process improvement plans that meet both tactical and strategic needs• Implementing workflows utilizing SharePoint Designer in support of tech reviews, approval and decision processes• Site development from high level “stories” to detailed specifications, prototypes, testing, deployment, training, and administration• Employing InfoPath created innovative forms for data capture, processing, and presentation• SharePoint site development using JavaScript, jQuery, SharePoint web services, ASP .NET, C#, SharePoint Client Site Object Model and Server Side Object Model • Performing oversight, planning, implementation, management, and coordination of the program SharePoint site collection and integrated program dashboard• Providing vision, prototyping and implementation of new SharePoint capabilities deployed on program and customer sitesAchievements:• Award of Excellence (2)
