Currently attending Indiana University's Kelley School of Business for a dual major in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Mathematics, I combine academic foundational knowledge in mathematics and data analytics with hands-on professional experiences.At MËNAJI Worldwide LLC, I supported and contributed to strategic high-level work directly with the CEO to foster my business acumen. I successfully drove essential processes through redesigning the company's website, programming automation processes, and running marketing campaigns. Through this, engagement and operational efficiency increased. Further, at the core of innovation in my role, I grew the email subscriber base by 12% for this company and created new ambassador relationships for magnified brand exposure.I had the opportunity to develop my interpersonal skills through my previous role of Customer Service Associate with Walgreens by serving customers and taking responsibility for inventory operations. My leadership experience extends outside the work environment as well: at the Saugatuck Rowing Club, as a coxswain, I designed race plans and engaged teammates while racing under extreme pressure. As a youth leader and volunteer, I have earned participation for community programs, mentored peers, and offered caring support to persons with disabilities.These experiences geared me toward becoming an invaluable accounting consultant who offered insight and creative solutions.
