Served on the Board of Education for Aurora West School District 129. The district employs more than 1,000 teachers and support staff in 10 elementary schools (K-5), four middle schools (6-8), one high school, one child development center, and one special-education facility. The schools serve more than 12,000 students from a growing and diverse population.
