CurrentFor the last eight years as General Service Manager of Canada’s largest Apple Authorized Service Provider I’ve overseen all aspects of a rapidly expanding multi-million dollar IT services business providing quality services to hundreds of corporate clients and tens of thousands of Canadian consumers annually. During this time I obtained invaluable experience in business development, project management, and human resources development, growing our service team from a handful of technicians at a time when we were barely breaking even, to a successful and rapidly expanding a division with over 75 technicians across 17 locations.
