Monitor and report to Senior Management and Board of Directors on Bank concentrations and other portfolio risk metrics, particularly CRE and ADC concentrations. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidance regarding concentration management, including development and enhancement of internal stress testing. Develop and present reports requested by Concentration, Director's Loan and Asset-Liability Committees. Manager of the Bank's ALLL process and methodology and Credit Department representative for Bank's CECL implementation steering committee. Supervise covenant compliance, exception and other internal credit metric reporting. Prepare loan and concentration information for Bank's investor relations process. Manage department special projects. Member of Management Loan Committee and Management Credit Review Committee.

Oversee staff of approximately 20 that performs the Bank's loan operations and administration functions, including booking production and modifications, exception clearing and tracking, document imaging, and loan reporting utilizing the FIS IBS system. Support interdepartmental projects including exception tracking conversion and the implementation of interface to residential mortgage origination system. Represent the Bank at FIS user group meetings with other mid-Atlantic area banks.

Supervise filing of Bank and Holding Company regulatory filings including Call Report, FR Y9-C and FR Y9-LP, and quarterly SBLF report. Assist Controller and Reporting/Planning Manager with data gathering for 10-Q and 10-K filings, updating text as needed. Assist CFO in managing the Bank's investment portfolio, including analysis of potential purchases and sales, portfolio allocation, and trade execution. Began process to add additional correspondent banking relationships and broker deposit relationships.

Responsible for: loan portfolio reporting to senior management and board committees, including creation of ad-hoc reports; managing underwriting team of six credit analysts, an appraisal specialist and up to two trainees; coordinating processing on problem loans between workout, accounting and servicing departments. Credit Department coordinator for Bank's full system conversion in 2011. Department representative on Bank's Management Committee.Promoted from AVP/Credit Analysis in January, 2010.

Directly supported the Chief Credit Officer with board reporting and problem loan analysis, including ALLL adequacy and methodology. Also served as primary analyst on development of Bank's methodologies for LOCOM Adjustment and Reserve for Reps & Warranties at mortgage subsidiary between 2006 and 2008. Acting Loan Operations manager from January 2008 to September 2008 after departure of previous manager prior to merger with EagleBank. Served as F&T's primary loan-side member of conversion team during merger with EagleBank that closed 8/31/08 and converted on 9/5/08. Concurrently worked in loan documentation department from late 2006 forward, responsible for preparing legal documents using the LaserPro system and closing commercial, real estate and consumer loans.
