The areas in which I gained competence as an R&D Engineer at Tosyalı Holding; plant installation,, feasibility studies, procurement and purchasing studies, support for all (between 100-200) improvement works in Tosyalı Toyo, energy recovery, reduction of the amount of energy consumed, system development, new product development, reduction of waste in production, production increase, carbon studies have been carried out to reduce the amount of footprints, to identify the root causes of quality defects and to eliminate the problem and to make a sustainable production.
