Currently, I deliver high-impact program evaluations and strategic guidance to NASA OSTEM programs while ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices and NASA's mission to foster STEM engagement. I lead evaluation projects, drive innovative methodologies, and deliver actionable insights to enhance program effectiveness and student outcomes. Highlights of accomplishment in this role include:➙I fostered a culture of continuous improvement in program execution by delivering comprehensive presentations on evaluation best practices to NASA teams of 75+ professionals.➙Led team to establish a nine-step framework to ensure NASA programs integrate evidence-based components and create refined practices. ➙I managed evaluation initiatives for key programs to deliver actionable recommendations.

In this role, I delivered high-level evaluation guidance for NASA OSTEM projects to broaden STEM engagement and improve institutional research capacity. I crafted innovative evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of NASA STEM grants and establish a foundation for long-term improvements in program execution. I fostered a holistic approach to evaluating and refining program outcomes by bridging silos across project teams. Highlights of accomplishment in this role include:➙I transformed complex qualitative datasets into actionable insights by using NVivo to create clear and compelling presentations for stakeholders.➙I played an integral role in assessing program impact, refining evaluation methodologies, and crafting actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

During this time, I developed a pipeline of future educators by mentoring preservice teachers, conducting impactful research, and designing innovative coursework to enhance teacher preparation. I performed qualitative and quantitative studies on co-teaching, collaboration, and co-planning to improve teacher preparation programs. I authored research briefs tailored for local schools to bridge the gap between academic findings and practical applications in K-12 education.Highlights of accomplishment in this role include:➙I created and taught three undergraduate and graduate courses for preservice teachers to achieve an outstanding instructor rating of 4.92 out of 5.➙I improved preservice teacher performance and accreditation standards by collaborating with the Office of Accreditation, Placement, and Licensure to design a new master course.➙I guided preservice teachers in mathematics instruction by observing classroom practices and cooperating with mentor teachers to ensure successful student teaching experiences.
