The main purpose of the centre is to promote Service design methodologies in the creation and transformation of services to the citizens of Cork and beyond. I have a strong technical background but also has over 20 years of experience in business systems analysis. This assists me in the design and building of services from a technical view point but also from the end user’s perspective. I am also create service prototypes for usability testing and develope integrations with other systems and services as required. I am a Firmstep power user. I have a wide base of technical know-how and also have an in-depth knowledge of services provided by Cork County Council and of those who are providing those services.
