As an Associate Product Manager, I was responsible for 25 products, creating a a dynamic web pricing system, leading the annual pricing exercise, commercial analytics needs, working with external collaborators, and managing pricing in our systems. The products I was responsible for were both Taconic-owned and commercialized. For my products, I was responsible for forecasting demand to maximize revenue while reducing costs, worked with Marketing to generate demand, worked with Sales to sell my products, create AOP for my products, and manage our relationships with organizations that have commercialized products.In addition to leading the annual pricing exercise, I was tasked with creating a dynamic pricing system that increases Taconic's ability to more effectively create and update pricing in internal and external systems. I also was responsible assisting anyone with questions or issues with commercial product pricing.Another aspect of my job was to support all Commercial Product analytics needs. This resulted in me creating various analytics around sales opportunities, quotes, and revenue. Two large analytics assets I created were a "Commercial Product Manager Dashboard" and a tool for our largest product. Each tool involved querying data from a handful of different financial datasets and getting them to properly work together seamlessly.
