Product Manager
CurrentResponsibilities:• Manage 30+ products stemming multiple therapeutic areas (including metabolic, neurodegenerative, and more). This includes monthly SIOP calls to adjust production of products based on demand, find and manage collaborations, coordinate marketing efforts, control pricing, work with Sales to facilitate deals, work with Operations on production issues.•Collaborate and manage relationships with partners to maintain and introduce new sponsored products.Lead "Commercial POPR" meeting to facilitate conversation between Sales and Commercial Product Managers.•Serve as liaison between Commercial Products and Information Technology (detailed in "IT Liaison" section below)Projects:•Geographic expansion - Responsible for creating a product mix relevant to customers located in geographic proximity of site.•"Operation Pathfinder" - Better understanding of customer requests we're unable to fulfill. Co-lead on project. Improved data capture to understand why we can't fulfill customer requests. Created alternative products list and process to offer customers alternative products when we can't fulfill as requested. Revamped existing weekly internal call to further discuss requests we couldn't fulfill.•Annual pricing exercise - Responsible for leading annual pricing exercise. Coordinate efforts, obtain relevant information needed to make informed decisions, communicate timeline and pricing to appropriate internal stakeholders, collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure pricing is ready for consumption by external customers.IT Liaison:•Led effort to overhaul sales opportunities to capture more relevant information. Including when products were needed and what was needed.•Led effort to introduce a more effective method of capturing product specs for key products.
